Occasional observations of two Aussies in Himeji, Japan. Our amazing year in Nihon. To follow our journey of understanding (and misunderstanding), you’re looking at the wrong end! Hi Rob,
Any of the circles you photographed could be the full moon or the rising sun. The scale of your objects is how small the moon and sun look to us when we see them from here. The earth is of course a circle.
Lately the moon wakes me up. Today it was the sun. They both rise in the same spot in the east and 'set' in the west. Rotating discs. This a.m. it felt like a cryptic message, or a message so obvious that I can't even see it.
I think I need to look at mandalas.
